Emotional Freedom Technique Effective Energy Balancing Method That Addresses All Issues Emotional Freedom Technique is a relatively new discovery and a fast-evolving magical treatment which works by releasing blockages within the energy system and provides rapid relief from physical-emotional issues (e.g. Trauma, Phobia, Grief, Anger, Guilt, Anxiety, Nightmares, Depression, Pain, Headaches and much more). This is based on 5000 year old energy healing techniques such as acupuncture or qigong. This energy, which flows in Energy Meridians, is called "chi" or "qi" in China. This Technique is also called Emotional Acupuncture, which involves the use of fingertips rather than needles to tap on the end points of energy meridians that are situated just beneath the surface of the skin. Now you are going to learn how to do basic steps of EFT in detail. You will use this recipe in every session, whether you are a beginner or experienced. Once you have learned the recipe, you can perform a single round in about 30 seconds. It may require some practice, of course, but after a few tries the whole process becomes very easy and you can do it even in your sleep. You will then have a wonderful tool which you can use for a lifetime. We apply The Basic Recipe to every emotional, physical and performance issue. It doesn’t matter whether the problem is big or small, complicated or impossible it may look; we still use the same Basic Recipe. We may aim the process in sophisticated ways but the tapping process remains the same. EFT is an effective way to balance the energy system to address all issues that have emotional causes.
