6. Concepts: Direct Popular Vote: Is the method by which the winner or winners of a direct election are chosen depends upon the electoral system used. The most commonly used systems are the plurality system and the two round system for single winner elections, such as a presidential election, and party-list proportional representation for the election of a legislature. Self Government: Self-governance is an abstract concept that refers to several scales of organization. It may refer to personal conduct or family units but more commonly refers to larger scale activities, professions, industry bodies, religions and political units, up to and including autonomous regions and aboriginal peoples. Technocracy: Technocracy is a hypothetical form of government in which engineers, scientists, and other technical experts are in control of decision making in their respective fields. Chief Executive: A chief executive is the highest-ranking corporate officer (executive) or administrator in charge of total management of an organization. An individual appointed or chief executive of a corporation, company, organization, or agency reports to the board of directors.

Official: An official is someone who holds an office in an organization or government and participates in the exercise of authority. Professor: In most English-speaking countries it refers to a senior academic who holds a departmental chair, especially as head of the department, or a personal chair awarded specifically to that individual.
