  • 2. Cook the rice
    • Turn to high heat
    • Leave it to simmer for 15 min
    • WARNING :
    • Don´t lift the lid!
    • Stand for 15 min
  • 3. Stir in the sushi vinegar
    • Transfer the rice to a wooden bowl
    • Sprinkle the sushi vinegar
    • Use the spatula and fan to cool the rice
    • Set aside to room temperature
  • 4. Make the rolls:
    • 1. Spread the rice over the nori sheet
    • 2. Place the fillings on the rice
  • Continue:
    • 3. Roll up the nori sheet
    • 4. Squeeze into a cilinder
  • You almost got it!
    • 5. Cut into rounds
    • 6. Place the rounds
  • Serve with accompaniments
  • Dip the round in soya sauce
    • Japanese mustard
    • Mix both in a little bowl and dip the round
    • Be careful!! Painfully spicy!!
    • Use your fingers or chopsticks
