  • 4. How  do  we  get  started?  
  • 5. Change  is  hard!  
  • 6. Every  day,  students   travel  from  class  to   class,  being  exposed   to  content  in  isolated   environments  
  • 7. They  view   learning  as   an  assembly   line…   individual   packages   without   cohesiveness  
  • 8. They  struggle   with  seeing   concepts  as  part   of  a  whole   package.      
  • 9. Which  makes  it   difficult  for  them   to  apply  their   learning  to  real   world  situaDons  
  • 10. Do  We  Teach  Skills?  
  • 11. Skills  are  not   taught….     they  are   developed  
  • 12. How  are   skills   developed?

  • 15. How  do  we   get  students   to  develop   these  skills  in   school?
