    Pose Pose Presentation Transcript

    • 10 HIMAL POSES
    • WARNING
      • Do not try some of these professional poses at home.
      • It will take time and training before you can safely pose like a pro.
      • If you feel headaches or chest pains, stop your pose and contact your doctor’s office immediately.
    • LESSON 1 The Vertical This is the most basic position. The Vertical also know as Verde , is a common pose which takes moments to learn and a lifetime to master.
      • Stand up straight.
      • Chest Up
      • Stomach in
      • Chin Up
      • Smile and look forward
      • Make sure your back is straight.
      • Tips:
      • Practice by having back on wall to get position right.
    • LESSON 2
      • 66 (Sixty-six)
      • 66 allows others to bask in your coolness. 66 is a high impact position to be used sparingly.
      • Both thumbs up
      • One thumb under chin
      • Other arm stretched forward.
      • Add Sunglasses for extra coolness
    • LESSON 3
      • BackFlex
      • BackFlex is subtle in showing awesome flexibility and coordination.
      • Caution: May cause rock magnetism. See pic.
      • Use Vertical
      • Lean slightly back while turning head slightly at camera
      • Half-smile
    • LESSON 4
      • Stargazer
      • The Stargazer is a modest move to make it look like you are looking at the stars, but the fact is, the stars are staring at you.
      • Lean on any surface and gaze up
      • Relax and place hands on side
      • Try not to smile even when you get all the attention
      • Stargazer (Pro)
      • You can add effects to Stargazer for extra points.
      • Lift a knee and keep pose
      • Keep feet flat on surface
      • Keep other feet pointing out
    • LESSON 5
      • Palm Face
      • The mistake most people make to cover their mistakes is to cover their mouths for OMG! Or place palm on forehead. However, it will cover your good looks and they do it all wrong.
      • Place palm on side of head to show displeasure when others fail
      • Make sure it does not mess up your hair
    • Take a break Unless you are a Genius like me, you will fail at some poses and be very tired doing others. It is okay to relax before getting to the more advanced lessons. Train well before you proceed further.
    • LESSON 6
      • Chicken Dance
      • Lesser mortals cannot pull this off and look cool. However with enough practice, you can hang with the angels.
      • Note: If people laugh, you need to practice more or you will get injured if you proceed with advanced lessons.
      • Place hand on hips and flap like wings
      • Tip toes and walk in circles
    • LESSON 7
      • Can’t Touch This (CTT)
      • Sometimes you cannot touch anything else but yourself. Show your awesomeness and glow through the crowds with CTT .
      • Place hands behind head
      • Put lips together
      • Show off your biceps
    • LESSON 8
      • IntensE
      • When you reach the crunch, you are the crunch! Whenever you are doing something intense or lifting weights, show off some perfectly white teeth.
      • Chest out
      • Clench teeth together
      • Close eyes and give your 100%
    • LESSON 9
      • Devil’s Horns
      • Doing one handed or two, Devil’s Horns is the ultimate way to acknowledge your own coolness when you have done something right.
      • Clench fists
      • Straighten second and last fingers
      • Give slight smirk on face
      • Wear Sunglasses for added effects
    • LESSON 10
      • Win
      • Win is the magical pose that allows you to simply win. If you practice this hard and well, most people can attempt it in 5 – 10 years. When used in a pose off, Win is generally used only as a last effort to win.
      • Look up at sky
      • Reach for the stars
      • Clench buttocks
      • Tilt head upwards in winning position
