• Kasikornbank, Government Savings Bank and Bangkok Bank are
most well-known banks
• Kasikornbank is leader of banking industry in Thailand with 27% share
• ATM network and TVC are the main sources of brand awareness
• ATM and internet banking are services used the most frequent
• Have many branches, salary payment through the bank and trusted bank
are top 3 reasons for choosing the bank
• 81% customer feel satisfied with their banks & 9% are loyal customers
• Offer free ATM charge and lower service charge are things that bank can do
the make customers feel more satisfied
• 45% intend to use credit card service
