1. It is better to use spring water.
2. Never use any cup or bottle made of glass.
3. Do not use coffee maker
4. Keep it away from high temperature and
humidity,your fingers, oil or chemical
products.
5. Always drink lukewarm tea.
6. Do not drink tea after 7 PM.
4. How many cups ?
At first you need to decide how many cups of
tea you are going to prepare, here goes a
rough estimate. 1 Tbsp or 5 gm of tea leaves is
perfect for 1 cup of tea. If you wanna serve
multiple number of guests multiply with the
number of guests and you can drive home safe.
5. Step two
Place the tea leaves in the tea strainer in the
meantime put some water in a kettle to boil, the
temperature should be near boiling
temperature, however do not boil the spring
water.
6. Step 3
Place the tea strainer into the empty cup, now
you can pour the hot water through the tea
strainer. Pour it slowly also keep in mind you
can use the tea leaves once more.
7. Step 4
Keep the tea strainer in the mug for 120-150
sec not more than that, however you could vary
the time depending on your taste. Last but not
the least remove the tea strainer from the mug.
