     Design your Chatter setup (feed settings, initial groups, etc.)
     Create Business Conduct Guidelines
     Identify your Chatter Evangelists within your company
     Prepare and present a “What is Chatter” presentation
     Develop basic training materials
     Send out teasers and 'coming soon' announcements

  Deployment

    Create a 'go-live' war room
    Host recorded live sessions to demo and hold Q&A
    Create initial groups and populate membership on private groups
        Create 'All Sales' group and auto-populate
    Deliver initial training materials
    Announce within SFDC and via an email blast
    Complete profiles and postings from senior management

    Measure success
