FSAs - FSAs are a great way for employees to save money on out-of-pocket medical and dependent day care expenses incurred throughout the year, while also providing a tax-saving opportunity. Participants may make tax-free contributions that are deducted from their paychecks under their employer’s Section 125 Plan, which may result in tax savings for both the employees and the employer.
