Dear Dave, Lynn and the Pro Players Classic Tournament Team,
The Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center (SARRC) is grateful to you for your generous
support of our children impacted by autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). With 1 in 100 toddlers
being diagnosed today with this complex neurobiological disorder, and with no known cause or
cure, our friends are needed more than ever.
Proceeds from the 2009 Pro Players Classic Tournament are empowering us to further our
awareness mission, advance discoveries and support individuals with autism and their families
each and every day.
We're also grateful to you for acknowledging the extraordinary team at News-Talk 92.3 KTAR
with the coveted Ira Hayes Award. They have contributed significantly to so many children’s
causes throughout our state, including the creation of the Action for Autism radiothon which
benefits SARRC.
On behalf of our board of directors, staff and the children and families we serve, please accept
our heartfelt thanks for what you're making possible—for supporting our friends and introducing
us to many new friends and wonderful champions, on and off the field.
Wishing you a wonderful holiday season,
Denise D. Resnik
SARRC Co-founder and Mother
