An automotive manufacturer specializing in luxury Client: Automotive Manufacturer
and eco-friendly vehicles required a solution that specializing in luxury and
would allow them to perform production support, eco-friendly vehicles.

development and deployment of the right team to Type of Project: On-Site at Client
perform daily production support and maintenance
of life-cycle management of SAP system landscapes Timeline: On-going
within the SAP R/3 environment and core modules.

The Solution
Working with DATA Inc., the client was able to identify and deploy the right team members including SAP
Basis Administrators. The team provided production support and maintenance capabilities by using stan-
dard SAP principles, concepts and techniques within functions including system installation, user administra-
tion, access management, performance monitoring and situation diagnosis and resolution.

The Result

Satisﬁed with the ongoing support, maintenance and administration of the SAP Enterprise deployment, the
team continues to work with the automotive client to ensure that operations as it pertain to their SAP Ente-
prise System and Administration continues.
