1. APPROACHES TO LANGUAGE ACQUISITION.
THE PRELUDE.
Since the dawn of civilization, man is re-purposing language as a tool like
other equipments, mandatoryfor his survival in a society. Linguists have been endeavoring
hard to trace out of Language Acquisition Progression.
The first question is that whether language acquisition is an innate
capability or a result of a gradual process or somewhat else. These illusions are still
answerable, few attempts has been made in this regard but those may never be considered
the last nor the least as language is a social organism, ever changing so the ideas may not
be considered final.
Chomskey says:-
“ Children learn language so efficientl and so fast because they know in advance what
