My name Johnny Kartakov . Today we are going to talk about future of education and how we imagine this process in near future from individual’s perspective and from companies stand point of view.
How many of you have diploma? And how many of you working by your specialty in diploma? Would you like to work in Google just right after your graduation?
What about your professional grow? Do you like company you are working on? Do you get constant level up? Do you get enough money for you work? Do you want salary arise every 6 month?
Would you want you kids to be well educated? Do you think your local school teacher are good enough. Do you want kids? What do you think about current school programs? Are they good enough? People spend huge amount of money on education. They get education loan in banks and then spend good number of years to pay back. Did you pay for you diploma? And important question. How much money did you diploma help you to get?
After graduation there are lots of options where to go. Nowadays technological progress is going fast and Universities just not moving fast enough. In 5 years everything is changing. There is no guarantee you get a job after graduation And there is huge chance that knowledge you get you will never use in your life again

And of course there are language problems You just simply can’t translate on the fly unless google say so. In near future this problems are going to be solved and world going to be way better educated.
There are pretty big problems to solve And how many years this can take to solve this? Every big problem can be solved with small steps. And here is several steps need to be taken:

By 2014 18.65M of college students are going to take at least one class online. 96% of current traditional universities offers at lease one online only class format
