    • 2. How does weather change?
    • 3. Name the seasons
    • 4. Spring How does weather change from winter to spring? In your journal, draw something that you would see in the spring and write a sentence about your picture.
    • 5. Summer The weather is very different in the summer than it is in the winter. Name something that you can do in the summer that you cannot do in the winter.
    • 6. Fall Fall is the unpredictable season. Sometimes the weather is cool. Sometimes the weather is warm. Sometimes the weather is windy. Sometimes the weather is stormy. In your journal, draw
    • 7. Winter Winter in many places has lots of snow and ice. Brainstorm with your teacher a list of words that describe the weather in the winter. In your journal, draw a picture of outside on a winter day and write a sentence about your picture.
    • 8. Why does the seasons change? The seasons of the year are caused by the tilt of the earth. The earth is always turning on its axis which causes the change in the weather.
