Intern – Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University Boston, Massachusetts – Summer 2007 • Gained hands-on horticulture training at a leading research arboretum while working alongside staff horticulturists and curators. • Responsibilities included all aspects of the care and maintenance of a diverse collection of woody plants; completed field research into the arboretum’s historic Olmsted-designed landscape. • Participated in field courses on horticultural collections management, landscape ecology, nursery operations and other relevant topics.
