Personal Statement
Currently working part time as the Network Coordinator for a climate change network at the
University of Leeds I am a glaciologist with coding skills in Python and HTML and in-depth
knowledge of satellite remote sensing techniques. My career goal is to work mitigating mountain
hazards from glacial sources. I have exemplary organisational and customer service skills, coupled
with my flexibility, ambition and academic achievements I have the ability to perform to a high
standard in many environments. As a passionate and ambitious graphic designer I also maintain a
strong portfolio in my spare time with projects from logo design to screen printed clothing sales. I
am a highly driven individual with strong focus and a wide skill-set which is waiting to be applied.
