Liquid Compass (“LC”) founded in 2001 as one of the first “creative media”
companies to service the streaming media industry, Liquid Compass quickly became
known as an innovator, providing a combination of interactive marketing and media,
advertising, design and streaming media services to clientele within the TV, Print and
Radio industries. After successfully re-launching terrestrial radio to the web in 2003,
Liquid Compass made a determination to focus solely on its streaming media division,
becoming the first streaming solutions provider to service the radio industry.

To date, that decision has paid off.




The Company founders and executive team have an impeccable entrepreneurial
profile:

Zackary Lewis is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Liquid Compass, focusing
his efforts on new business development, client/staff management, and creative
direction and marketing strategies for the company. Zackary is frequently asked to
speak and moderate panel discussions on topics pertaining to streaming technologies,
monetization tools and trends for the radio industry (including the NAB and RAB).

Prior to founding Liquid Compass, Zackary started Genesis Marketing Group, a national
branding and fulfillment company based in Boulder, Colorado. Zackary also founded
GloboalTRACK Technologies, an asset tracking Technology Company allowing
consumers to detect lost or stolen sporting goods equipment.

Andrew Ronchetti is the Chief Technology Officer for Liquid Compass. His efforts are
focused on new product development and the company's overall technology strategy &
implementation for each of the business's verticals.
Prior to Liquid Compass, Andrew founded Red Ant Creative, a web design and
development firm based in Denver, Colorado. In addition, Andrew spent time as a
technology, network and business consultant for the telecommunications industry.
