This document provides instructions for making buttermilk pancakes. It lists the ingredients needed which include buttermilk pancake mix, water, butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, and brown sugar. The instructions are divided into four steps. Step one is to prepare the batter by melting butter and mixing the dry and wet ingredients. Step two is to prepare the skillet by warming it and melting butter. Step three is to cook the pancakes by adding batter to the skillet and flipping when bubbles form on top. Step four is to enjoy the pancakes with toppings of choice. 3. Step 1: Prep Batter
1. Melt 1 tbsp. butter
2. Mix:

◦ Water
◦ Melted Butter
◦ Almond Extract
◦ Vanilla Extract
◦ Brown Sugar

4. Step 2: Prep Skillet
1. Warm skillet using mediumheat
2. Add 1 tbsn. of butter
3. Let butter melt
4. Spread butter across pan
with a spatula

1. Add a spoonful of

each pancake
2. Flip when surfaces of
pancakes have multiple
bubbles

are golden brown
