1. Hmv bag evaluation
In the making of my bag I used programs such as Photoshop and the internet. The tools I used in
Photoshop where the colouring tools and then I went to adjustments and experimented with those
until I found the one I liked, I found that this helped to make my bag look more unique. On the
internet I used Google and I found that this helped me find the pictures I wanted to recreate and
include it on my bag to make it look better. In the process of making my bag I had learnt new skills
and tools to make it look appealing and make it look unique. The tools I have learnt to use are the
lasso tool which helped to make each section different it selects the part of the image you want
image to change the colour or manipulate the original image. Also using the adjustment tool I had
learnt new skills to change the brightness, contrast and make the image you have chosen to black
and white.
This is the original image that I have recreated to put on my bag so first of all I made it so the whole
image was black and white and I also the had to carefully go round each bob Marley with a different
colour and then fill some of the part with the paint fill tool. Which then I finished with the image on
the right.
The strengths and weaknesses of my bag…..
The weaknesses of my bag is that on the sides of my bag there are the same images so I think that I
could have made some changes and hey could have been different. I also think that I could have
used more HMV logos and I also could have made my bag a bit better.
The strengths of my bag was the front and back of my bag I think that they both where really good
and I also but a lot of time into it I also like the photos I chose to recreate. I was pleased with my bag
as I thought I did okay with making it and I did okay for my first time on Photoshop and using all the
tools. In my project I would change the side of my bag and use a different photo and I would also
take more care in the making of my bag.
