Context of the mission<br />In the context of a major business program, METAMORF is looking for several analyst programmers (object oriented)<br />We are actively searching candidates to support the IS services. The candidates will have to demonstrate a specific<br />profile described below:<br />2. Period mission<br />Start Date : ASAP<br />Duration : 6 months (31/12/2010).Renewable<br />3. Language requirement<br />Sound knowledge of English, French and/or Dutch. (second language has to be English).<br />4. Localisation of the job<br />Brussels (near North or Central Station)<br />5. Required knowledge and experience<br />Personal skills<br />Mandatory: - Motivated<br />- Autonomous/quick learner<br />- Team player<br />- Structured and pro-active<br />- Dynamic, analytic, synthetic<br />- Problem solver/Open minded<br />- Excellent communication skills<br />Preferable:<br />Business experience<br />Mandatory: - Min 3 years experience in Document Management and at least in one of the following domains :<br />- Output Management<br />- Business Process Management (BPM)<br />Preferable: Insurance field<br />Technical experience required<br />Mandatory:<br />Min 3 years experience with object oriented language (C++, Java…) Used to design patterns<br />Functional experience required<br />Mandatory: Analytical skills to be able to translate user requirements to document creation tool specific algorithms<br />Preferable<br />Ready to learn proprietary technology (Papyrus)<br />6. Objective of the job<br />The analyst programmer will implement functionalities based on the requirements received by the Business and on the<br />functional design produced by the functional analyst.<br />He will be coached by SME<br />He will be asked to write and describe technical analyses.<br />He will develop, update, maintain applications and manage their integration/communication with other applications.<br />The produced code will be clear, structured, easy to read and commented, reusable,and as generic as possible <br />The analyst programmer will perform deliverables quality checks (tests) and ensure overall system stability (impact<br />analysis). He will regularly report the status of his work.<br />
