Candidates   40% Pre-candidates   20% Employers   30% Other targets: - Politecnico di Milano personnel - prospective students - other Universities (Italian and non) - press - institutions / associations Other targets 10% Pre-candidates : Politecnico di Milano students and graduates who are NOT searching for a job now. Pre-candidates sooner or later will become candidates Candidates : Politecnico di Milano students and graduates (recent and alumni) searching for a job or an internship NOW
Targets and improvement areas Today (through the old web site) who are we addressing our web communication to?
Goals on the “candidates” target What do we want our candidates to do or feel ? Main goals + presence at events / company  meetings   45% + CVs  in database   30% + redemption to job postings   15% + use of on line services   10% + knowledge of partner companies To be the 1st job searching tool + feed back  to our office + sense of affiliation to our activity
Goals on the“employers” target What do we want companies to do or feel? + job / internship offers to our students and graduates  60% + partner companies  + sales 40% Job offers for all categories of students and graduates + quality in job offers + clients retention rate Companies more aware and informed on our students and graduates Companies more involved in our activities Main goals: + companies registered to our web site
Goals on the “pre-candidates” target What do we want pre-candidates to do or feel? More interest in the job market + Presence at events / company meetings + interaction + feedback Main goals higher awareness of job market pre-candidates become prepared candidates
