Remarks for Bungalows and Mobile Home
Prices include sheets, kitchenware, electricity, VAT, taxes, hot water, access to swimming-pool
Additional person € 6.00 per night
Cleaning charge for Bungalows € 25.00 for a stay of less than 7 nights
Cleaning charge for Mobile Home € 25.00 for a stay of less than 7 nights
Daily rates are calculated from the arrival time until 9.00am of the following day
Bungalows and maxicaravans are available from 3.00pm and must be vacated by 9.00am on the departure day
There are no discounts (ADAC, CCI etc.) on Bungalows and Mobile Home rates
Remarks for Doublebed Rooms
Prices include VAT, taxes, electricity, warm water, sheets and towels, swimming-pool
There are no discounts (ADAC, CCI etc.) on rooms rates
Arrival: rooms are available from 1:00 PM
Departure: you are kindly asked to leave rooms before 10.00 AM
Camping cards discounts are not applicable (ADAC, CCI, ...)
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1.WRITTEN CONFIRMATION
Please send us your written confirmation by email within 7 days after receiving our offer.
The reservation becomes binding only upon receipt of deposit (pre-payment) due.
2.DEPOSIT PRE - PAYMENT
Bungalows, Mobile Homes and Rooms: 30% of total amount of your holiday within 7 days
of our written confirmation.

5.CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellation within 12 weeks before your arrival we will refund you 50% of the paid prepayment.
After the above mentioned period, the pre-payment deposit will not be returned for any reason.
If the reservation is cancelled on the day of arrival or the guest who has booked will be reported as no
show, you will pay the amount for the whole booked period.
In case of early departure, guests are requested to pay the holiday for the whole period booked.
