Terms and Conditions
Please note that West End Events Ltd has £2 million of public liability insurance. A provisional booking can be made and held for up to 3
weeks. A deposit of £30 per guest is payable one week from the provisional booking date. If no payment has been received, provisional
bookings may have their allocation released. The final numbers are calculated and the final balance is payable 21 days before the event
date. All monies paid are non-refundable. All costs include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
All shows are subject to a minimum number of guests attending. If this number is not met, the company reserves the right to cancel the
event. Table plans are generated automatically 21 days prior to the event and any booking with an outstanding balance will be reduced
to the number of guests paid in full. West End Events Ltd reserves the right to allocate tables according to the requirements of the
venue but will endeavour to place large groups in proximity to each other. Small parties cannot be guaranteed an exclusive table. The
organiser and the organiser’s group will be liable for any damage to the venue or to West End Events property caused by any member
of the organiser’s group.
