You will be able to answer this question yourself after you have read this review. The Tacfit
commando fitness program is not a fat loss system neither a muscle-building system. As such I
would not normally cover such a program on my website however this is truly such a unique
product that I have decided to write a review on it.
Tacfit commando has been created by an ex military trainer Scott Sonnon who uses these
exercise routines to train Special Forces units in a variety of countries. The requirements of
soldiers in special ops units differ in many ways from ordinary people on the street:
It is required of the members of these units to be able to perform short bursts of extreme physical
activity under challenging conditions. To comply they need to develop extreme levels of stamina,
strength, flexibility and speedy recovery as well.
Optimum physical fitness is a basic requirement.
They don't necessarily be close to, nor have the time to visit a gym to do traditional workouts.
TACFIT Commando Nutritional Approach
As can be expected of a special ops program, this system does not focus heavily on nutrition. In
fact to get access to Scott's reports on nutritional guidelines and warrior recipes, you will have to
opt for the deluxe program. Should you however decide to upgrade the warrior recipes is quite
impressive.

The Good and Bad of it all...
As one would expect from a trained military instructor, Scott leaves nothing to chance. Each and
every exercise in Tacfit Commando is covered by a well crafted video in more detail than I have
ever experienced before. To say the least it is excellently done.
Being an ex soldier I found the recovery element of this program quite interesting. Recovery forms
a major part of Scott's muscle-building and fitness routine. I believe that this can be of extreme
value even if you cannot stick to the program plan.
With Tacfit Commando you don't need any special equipment or space to exercise. All these
exercises make use of your own bodyweight and can be performed in your bedroom or hotel room
when needed.
I don't know the reason behind but the fact that the dietary guidelines and warrior recipes are only
available in the deluxe package is a drawback.
Secondly, Tacfit Commando is promoted as a program suited to every person and that is not true.
The movements and exercises are challenging and require considerable effort and time to master.
If you are already working out on a regular basis and are reasonably fit, go for it as this system will
definitely deliver amazing results.
Tacfit Commando is not a body building program but will definitely help burning a lot of body fat
