The document describes converting an original image to black and white, then using color range selection to select parts of the image to restore to their original colors contrasting with the black and white. 1. Here I have converted the original image all to black and white.

2. Here I have selected colour range so that I can pick out the bits I want to
stay in colour and those I want to keep black and white.

3. Using colour range I have now made some bits of the image their
original colour, contrasting with the black and white.

4. Using ‘dafont.com’ I created the title ‘the secret garden’ and
pasted this onto the image using print screen.

5. Here Is a print screen of the colour range I used to change some
parts of the picture back to their original colour of pink.

6. Here Is how I have changed the outer glow of the font ‘the secret
garden’ again to pink so that it relates with the image overall.
