    Google with key worlds “ Hotel 5* near Champs Elysée” , it is easy to find 2 hotels.
    They are all listed on the first page, and on Google map.
  • EASY TO USE? HOTEL CHAMPS ELYSEE PLAZA
    • On the first page, we
    can all find the information of the services and reservations
    • There are many
    languages version of the site.
    • Advertisement of new
    Offers for new services.
    • Guest review is put on the home page. BUT it is not updated.

    • Apart from French, there is only English version.

    There is no clear definition of target customers.
