A cancer diagnosis can invoke an array of emotions, including anxiety. Victoria Rego, TNBC Survivor and Reiki master, guides us through the power of meditation as a tool to cope with a diagnosis and manage the anxiety associated with that diagnosis. She will help us regain our focus, and ultimately provide us with techniques to help ground our energy and clear our minds.
