E S I C – EMPLOYER STATE INSURENCE CARPORATION
This scheme was stated by Central Government of INDIA . It is needed for
every private employee.
Eligibility for ESIC: - All employees on a gross salary of Rs:- 15000/- less
only eligible.
Above 15000/- people are not eligible for this scheme.
This identification process is conducted by central govt employee in our
organization.
The Employee said to me every private organization up to software company to
Retail shopping malls.
Advantages of ESIC: - This scheme people get free health services from every
corporatehospitals up to 50,00,000/-
Every Month Employers share contribution 4.75%

The main objective of HRM is to achieve organizational goals by
bringing organizations effectiveness. HRM is not an end but it is a
means to assist the organization in order to objectives

Functional objective of HRM deals with contributions of each
department regarding their need and effectiveness in order to
attain organization goal. All the resource or skill set get wasted if
HRM is not able to fulfill up with the organizational demand.
3. Personal
HRM also deals with personal objectives of the individuals so that
personal and organizational objectives can be met or order to
achieve maximum production and attain competitive advantage.
These personal objectives are important in order to maintain,
retain and to motivate employees. If this not done employees
dissatisfaction and poor performance will result in attrition or
low productivity.
METHODOLOGY
Business Technology Services (BTS) is an IT Service
provider focused on retail and alliedconsumption sectors.
This IT service provider arm of Future Group was
established in 2007 with a mandate to develop and deliver
end to end technology solutions to Group's retail, logistics
and other businesses. Over the years BTS has built strong
solutions and delivery capabilities with significant traction
across all key retail formats of Future Group.
Currently operating from Mumbai and Ahmedabad we
also have support personnel across major cities like,
Gurgaon, Kolkata and Bangalore. Through a robust vendor
partnership the team enables IT operations across the
country. BTS has a state of art centre with 400 seats in
Ahmedabad – this is the primary delivery centre to
provide services. Business Technology Services has a
unique network of service model that innovatively
integrates consulting, applicationdevelopment,
infrastructure and project management.
Another important differentiator is the ability to leverage

PROFIT CLUB CARD to customers in a busy a weekend. Which is
most useful to develop our personal skills and confidence.
In this week starts from Food Bazaar Market . The Future Retail
Limited authorities conducted Food Bazaar operations for House
Holds . I absorved in this week the FRL authorities mainly
concentrated on House Holds that’s why the FRL try to attract the
customers with n’ number of offer’s from eatable things to
Grooming things.
In this day my respected Food Bazaar manager sir said customer
satisfaction is more important . In Food Bazaar store each and
every product have price tags (SEL’s). This Tags are given based
on product Bar Codes . some products have no price tags that’s

This report is mainly based on the initial stage of the internship
on H.R department in fuure value retail.

First day of internship was started with a crispy briefing by our
university guide mr. n d Praveen About the rules and

and healthy environment in Big Bazaar Store’s . That’s why my
Company want to conduct FLASH MOB in across 2000+ Big
bazaar stores in Sat 23 – 05 – 2015 . we are also partspy in that
event .
E S I C – EMPLOYER STATE INSURENCE CARPORATION
This scheme was stated by Central Government of INDIA . It is
needed for every private employee.
Eligibility for ESIC: - All employees on a gross salary of Rs:-
15000/- less only eligible.
Above 15000/- people are not eligible for this scheme.
This identification process is conducted by central govt employee
in our organization.
The Employee said to me every private organization up to soft
ware company to Retail shopping malls.

from every corporate hospitals up to 50,00,000/-

proofs , Bank accounts like that and verify the departments . In
BIG BAZAAR there is n number of departments is there like
MEN”S FASHION , FOOT WEAR , CASHIER , HOME FASHION , like
that .

are needed for recruiting employee’s .

highering process . and also know the rules and regulations of the
retail company .

interim time of the summer internship program. In my sip
program i found importance of hr management operations
. My targets like sales at big bazaar it is opportunity to
know the how to interact the customers . In that tome i
know the customer different type of mentality.this s.i.p is
useful in so many ways .this helps to have a extent growth
in practical world.
Human resources can be a formidable weapon to achieve
competitive superiority. In this paper, we have attempted
to provide a conceptual frameworkas wellas a set of
pragmatic methodologicalguidelines to design a human
resource strategy for a business firm. For the sake of
brevity, we have covered only the essential elements of
this methodology. We recognize that much more
sophistication is needed to embrace the details of strategy
formulation and implementation in a complex, specific
business environment.
