1. DIY: How to Decorate Your Baby’s
Room
Any hands-on mommies out there who love to make their own decorations for
their baby’s room? We know you’re out there and we know that you love to
create things when you’re not playing online bingo, especially if they are for
your child. Therefore, today’s post on BingoHall is going to be all about
creating your own nursery decorations.
Baby footprints
If you want to create an amazing nursery decoration and a keepsake that will
always remind you of your child’s first years, you can’t go wrong with a casting
of their footprints. In fact, we recommend you take things up a notch. For that,
you are going to need a wooden wall mount and some soft, air-drying clay (also
non-toxic, of course). You should first smoothen the clay into two square pieces
you can also order clay that was designed specifically for this purpose).
2. Once you’ve done that, place your baby’s foot on one of the pieces, and one of
their palms on the other. Let it dry and then glue it onto the wall mount. If you
want to go the extra mile, you can also place a framed photo on the mount,
between the two prints. Oh and make sure that the wooden mount fits the color
scheme of the rest of the nursery. All of this costs $10, maybe 20, money that
you can easily get during an online bingo game.
Never too early to learn
If you want to commence your child’s education as soon as possible, you can
teach them the alphabet through wall decorations. For example, you can take
colored sheets of paper and cut out an outline of each letter of the alphabet.
Then, go on your computer and, for each letter, print a picture of an anime
whose name starts with it. Use double adhesive tape to stick each letter to the
wall and its corresponding animal next to it.
These nursery wall decorations look very pretty and will help your kid get a
head start in terms of education. He or she will learn the names of many animals
at an early age and, with that, all the letters of the alphabet. The cost for this
very easy DIY project is negligible. You would only have to pay for the few
dollars (or cents) required to get the colored sheets of paper. We recommend
buying more sheets than you think you need, because you might not get all the
cut outs right in one try. Just like with online bingo, you might have to try a few
times before you get it right.
