HGH Products Work MUCH Better When Insulin Levels Are
Normal
People often wonder why they are not getting good results from their HGH product. One of the FIRST things to look
at are insulin levels. If your insulin levels fluctuate your HGH product will provide less than optimal results,
guaranteed! When blood sugar levels outpace what the body can convert to energy it means that because of the
elevated blood sugar additional insulin enters the bloodstream.
Brad King, M.S., MFS Performance Nutritionist
and Nutritional Researcher shares five easy points for keeping insulin in check.
1. Eliminate all processed foods (including sucrose, white flour and corn meal-based
products) from your diet and increase your consumption of fibrous foods-especially
vegetables (good carbs).
2. Consume protein with every meal, in order to support lean tissue growth and stimulate
the release of glucagon.
3. Never skip a meal – Imbalances in blood sugar chemistry can cause major fluctuations
in insulin levels.
4. Reduce stress – Stress can easily increase cortisol levels.
5. Perform resistance exercise – According to myriad research, weight training has been shown to greatly improve
insulin sensitivity. In fact, a number of papers suggest that resistance training is actually better than aerobic training
when it comes to improving insulin resistance. When you actively exercise a muscle, you allow that muscle to take in
up to 30 times more blood sugar than at rest – all without the help of insulin.
Bouncing Blood Sugar Can Derail Your HGH Supplement Efforts
Imagine your cells as tiny fuel-generating plants that run on blood sugar. Normally, insulin flips a switch that allows
blood sugar to be pumped into the cells and converted to energy.
But if the foods you eat result in a greater supply of blood sugar than your body can
handle, the cells go on strike against insulin.
With the cells on strike, blood sugar levels stay elevated; in response, the body secretes
more and more insulin, hoping to prevent a toxic accumulation of blood sugar.
If you eat foods that cause a spike in insulin and blood sugar right before or after you take
your HGH supplement it will drop the effectiveness of your supplement.
As a rule of thumb it is best not to eat 30 minutes before or 30
minutes after you take your HGH supplement.
This will insure that your blood sugar is stable and you’re not causing an increase in insulin which is antagonistic to
growth hormone.
2. Keeping a tight rein on this HGH destroying kingpin is critical to make sure you get maximum effectiveness from your
supplement.
Bottom Line:
Within a normal range of fluctuation, you can manipulate insulin levels to your advantage. You can strategically
manage insulin as a lever for getting your HGH supplement to work better.
