1. Student Setup: One to One Macbook

2. Choose Your Language

3. Choose United States

4. Choose U.S Keyboard

5. Choose Continue. The wireless is already setup for you.

6. Select Continue

7. Ensure “Do not transfer now” is selected and choose continue

8. Select Continue

9. Select Agree

10. Leave all fields blank.Click Continue

11. Click Continue

12. Enter your normal student login information.
Enter your first space
last name then press
TAB
Enter your normal
last name then
student id number
for your password
Click Continue

13. Take a snapshot or select a picture for your account.

14. Select Set time zone automatically.

15. Scroll as described on screen and start using Mac OS X
Click on this window
before scrolling

16. Login using your first and last name.
Last name then student id for the password.
Press Return to
login

17. If you have an Apple ID enter the login information for iCloud
otherwise click Show All

18. Click Users and Groups

19. Verify the student is a “Standard” user

20. Close out of System Preferences by
clicking on red button.

21. Mount the users Home Folder

22. Add the students First Name space Last Name to the path

23. Login as the student, remembering to check the box.

24. Drag the Home Folder to the dock

25. Close all open windows

26. Leave the unit turned on.

27. When the unit restarts and is at a login screen with “Property of” the setup is
complete.
