Arthur Kanev is the Founder, Director and Vice-President of Foundation Humedales; a Wetlands Foundation dedicated to the purchase, restoration and preservation of Mangrove wetlands on the west coast of Central America. He has worked internationally in other capacities as a missionary in Southeast Asia and is dedicated to helping indigenous people of poorer nations enjoy a heightened quality of life.

2. Arthur Kanev - Missionary Work
Arthur Kanev is continuing his missionary work in South East Asia. He
has worked in Thailand, Cambodia and South Vietnam; constructing
schools, providing medical and dental clinics and implementing technical
education programs for indigenous people. He is a member of the Missions
Committee of The First Presbyterian Church of Pompano Beach, Florida;
and has participated in over 20 missions both locally and internationally.

3. Throughout his long and successful career as a dentist and missionary,
Arthur Kanev has gained many valuable credentials, including memberships
with official organizations that support his causes. He has been a member of
the Audubon Society, ASPCA, Green Peace, Partners for World Health,
American Dental Association and many more. He has also traveled to
countries all over the world and helped contribute to raising the quality of
life for others.

4. Arthur Kanev - Hobbies
Arthur Kanev has many hobbies, starting
with fishing. He is also interested in
swimming, sailing, power boating,
missionary work, reading, medical research
and a medical consulting. He is well
traveled, having been to 87 different
countries so far and still counting. In his
youth he was a both a snow and water skier;
as well as a licensed hang glider.
