What we have in mind
Mystery         A tool used in market research to measure quality of service or
                compliance to regulation. Mystery shoppers perform specific tasks
shopping:       such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering
                complaints or behaving in a certain way, and then provide
                detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.


Watchertools:   An electronic system aimed to streamline some of the processes
                in mystery shopper projects.

                A system that allows interviewers conducting mystery shopping
                projects enter the data they gather, including recording the paths
                taken in the store.
