Let’s start with Watermelon Limeade Slushie.
Watermelon-Limeade Slushie
A perfect recipe to enjoy the season's delicious watermelon
All you need
1/4 seeded watermelon chunks
1/2 cup al alali Powder Sugar
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
Directions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper and spread out the watermelon
chunks on it and freeze them for 2 -4 hours.
2. In a saucepan cook sugar and ¼ cup of cold water over medium heat. Keep
stirring until the sugar melts. Add ¼ cup of cold water again and stir. Let the
mixture cool.
Add lime juice and stir properly. Blend frozen watermelon chunks and the
mixture in 2 batches.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
Serve and enjoy!
Blueberry-Orange Parfaits
This recipe is simple and easy to prepare.
All you need
1 ½ tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. orange rind finely grated
7 ounce low fat yogurt
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups orange sections
1/4 cup Wheat germ
1/4 cup al alali White Oatmeal
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients in a small bowl and stir until they blend.
Take four tall glasses and spoon ¼ cup of blueberries into each.
3. Add 2 1/2 tbsp. yogurt mixture over blueberries in each glass. And add 1/4
cup orange sections to each serving.
Repeat making layers with remaining blueberries, yogurt mixture, and
orange.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp. al alali White Oatmeal over each serving and serve
immediately.
Strawberry PannaCotta
This is a bake less dessert recipe made from strawberries and cream, which tastes
like candy bars and is really terrific.
All you need
For making Panna Cotta
4 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp. al alali Vanilla Powder
1/2 cup Sugar
4 ½ tbsp. powdered gelatin
60ml cold water
For Roasted Strawberries
3 cups hulled strawberries, patted dry
1/4 cup and 1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
4. Directions
In a hot saucepan add heavy cream to sugar and stir until sugar dissolved.
Once sugar dissolved, remove the pan from heat and add al alali Vanilla
Powder and stir.
Prepare the gelatin by adding it to the cold water in a medium-sized bowl,
then let it stand for next 5-10 minutes. Pour the warm mixture of cream
and sugar over the gelatin and stir until the gelatin gets dissolved.
Lightly oil eight custard cups with vegetable or canola oil and divide the
mixture for panna cotta into the cups, then chill the mixture for at least 2-4
hours.
In a hot pan add the strawberries to 2 tbsp. sugar and lemon juice, and toss
to coat.
Roast the strawberries for about 20 minutes or until they are soft and syrup
forms, stirring occasionally. Cool it for 30 minutes.
To serve: Run a sharp knife around the edge of each panna cotta and
unmold each onto a serving plate. Scoop the cooled and roasted
strawberries on top of the panna cotta and serve chilled.

Strawberry Banana Cream
5. One sweet and delighted dessert recipe
All you need
8pcs fresh strawberries
2Oz. yogurt
2 tbsp. al alali Vanilla Powder
1/2 banana
1 tbsp. sliced almonds
Directions
In a small bowl, mash half a banana then add al alali Vanilla Powder and
yogurt and mix well.
Cut out the middle of each strawberry by a sharp knife, and fill the center
with the prepared mixture.
Garnish the filled strawberries with sliced almonds. Serve and enjoy!
