Promoting Cross-Sectoral Collaboration with Net-Map How to promote collaboration among actors that do not normally work together? - Find common ground - Understand systemic/structural constraints - Determine realistic strategy for overcoming constraints Steps: 1. Who are the important Net-Map actors? An interview-based participatory mapping tool . It combines social network 2. How do they currently analysis, stakeholder mapping, and power mapping.
