People from different backgrounds have different ideas
and skills. It’s not just more fun, but also benefits the
company. If we were all the same, we wouldn’t grow.
2. Anyone might have a lot on their plate.
Inclusion isn't just about race or gender. Anyone can face
an employment bias, whether it’s related to age,
parenthood, or a difficult life situation. The struggles are
often invisible.
3. Inclusion means everyone gets a seat at the table.
It’s not about free handouts. It means giving everyone a
fair chance to be a part of a team and put their unique
skills to work.
