We are delighted to announce that once
again we have been awarded with another
top national award. We are particularly
pleased because we were the only company
from last year’s finalists to win again this
year, or indeed even be nominated.

2012- Valley Garden landscapes wins AILDM award
for best residential garden under $50,000
We are delighted to announce that once
again we have been awarded with another
top national award. We are particularly
pleased because we were the only company
from last year’s finalists to win again this
year, or indeed even be nominated.
It is a testament to the company that we
are able to maintain such a high level
of consistency. However, this does put
the pressure on for next year! We are
very grateful to AILDM and the judges for
deeming our entry worthy of this prestigious
award.
2011- Allan Corey Award for design excellence –
Valley Garden Landscapes scoops top design award.
We are delighted to announce that we have
won the most prestigious award at this
year’s AILDM National Design Awards.
Out of all the category winners, our entry
was judged to be the best overall.
In the face of stiff competition, this was
a great honor and one that was totally
unexpected.
Valley Garden Landscapes won Award for
design excellence.
2. 2011- Valley Garden Landscapes wins AILDM award
for best residential garden under $50,000.
AILDM is one of the most recognised and
respected industry organisations in Australia.
Our entry provided strong design elements
and excellent construction and finishes.
We have won in the category of garden
under $50k amid some very strong
competition nationwide. Indeed most of the
winners for all the categories this year have
come from Melbourne so we are equally
pleased to be flying the flag for Sydney.
2010- Residential design under $40,000
Australian Institute of Landscape Designers and Managers (AILDM) awards in conjunction with
Green Rooms Gardens and Landscapes. British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI)
awards in conjunction with Capital Garden Landscapes.
2006- Domestic Garden Scheme cost between $100,000-$200,000 "Principal award winner"
Judge's comments- This garden lent itself to being developed in a series of distinctive levels. An
excellent patio and steps lead to a mid-height level lawn before rising to a less formal area at the
highest point. A good choice of plant material complements the hard works. This project was built
to schedule and agreed cost, and to the obvious delight of the clients.
2005- Domestic Garden Scheme cost between $20,000-$100,000
Judge's comments- The design and layout which creates various levels to this mid terrace house
has been achieved with great effect. The "moongate" door is an excellent focal point and the
talking point of all visitors! The use of plant material in achieving interest and a mature feel has
been undertaken with great skill and the whole garden provides an effective area of privacy. A
delight to judge and sit in!
2004- Domestic Garden Scheme cost between $40,000-$100,000
Judge’s comments- A delightful project which reflects the age of the house, but at the same time
offers a modern feel that links in well to the spacious extension. There is a good mature mix of
planting. About a third of the garden is devoted to a woodland typesetting which creates a most
interesting feature to this suburban garden. All work is of a high standard.
