2. A Warm Welcome
Bang, Pop, Boom, Fizz. Those are the noises we’ve heard
throughout the month of November. From fireworks to
bonfires, this month has been spectacular and colourful or
you could quite possible say deafening.
Read on to find out how we sparkled at the Scottish Landlord
Show, as well as how you can rocket away with our brand new
service. That’s not all, we'll let you know how we’re now
offering a glowing anthology of solutions as well as give you
the lowdown on who’s joined The Tribe.

3. Spreading our vision the sparkling way
At the start of the month, VTUK travelled up to Edinburgh's Dynamic
Earth for the seventh Scottish National Landlord Day. As this was VTUK’s
first trip to the Landlord Show, we didn’t know what to expect for such
an annual event. Being such a long drive, Steve our Sales Director was
anxious to demonstrate VTUK’s software solutions to a variety of
property professionals.
We’re pleased to say the Landlord Show proved a great event to
spread our vision. The show impressed us as it featured
several clever ways to draw potential clients to our stand.
The GIANT screen at the show displayed our tweets throughout the
day, encouraging people to visit us on a regular basis. We were also
glad to catch up with Tribe member David Thomas too. David from
Firthview Property Management based in Inverness is a Gemini,
Scorpio and Taurus user and we were pleased to meet him and answer
all of his queries he had. Overall the Landlord Show was a sparkling way
to spread our vision in the Scottish capital.

Our Development Shines
Every Friday in the office, the Development team showcase a piece of work they’ve implemented into our
solutions. We’d like to share this work with you and demonstrate to our clients how our development
continues to shine.
The Gemini Whiteboard
Available in version 8.7 of Gemini, the whiteboard
allows you to save important information that can
be assigned at a later point. The whiteboard can also
act as a notepad or a series of post it notes, so you
don’t forget that vital piece of information later on
in the working day.
An Inclusive Rent Template
Another feature of Gemini is the Inclusive
Rent Template. This template allows you to
create a pre-determined list of charges for
any property. These charges can then be
placed on any tenancy for the property as
part of their rent.
