TPG TeamManager App is an advanced web-based tool for managers engaged in resource planning for multiple team members and departments. It graphically depicts the planned workload of each employee in the department. The workload is calculated as the sum of the line activities, absences and project commitments. By having this real-time graphical view, resource managers can easily recognize the spare resource capacity which allows them to quickly assign resource commitments to project managers‘ requests.
