With 22 years of work experience, Teki has been involved in BPO industry in the Philippines for the last 18 years with solid background and certification on customer analytics, performance management, learning development and workforce management strategies. She has instituted and established business transformation programs, training and quality initiatives both on an operational and enterprise level that revolve around Six Sigma projects, Corporate University and Curriculum Development as well as regulatory compliance and risk management.
Teki is an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She is also an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) and a Certified SCRUM Master.
