on strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement from

Communication should include information for each step
of the process for both feedback givers and receivers
which clearly state
–          Process timeline
–          How to provide constructive feedback
–          How to select Feedback providers

Feedback Providers: No limit
The process should not restrict the number of
feedback givers as each employee works with
different sets of diverse employee groups.
It is important that all those who directly work
with the participant are given an opportunity to
share feedback.

Employee Anonymity
The promise of confidentiality improves the quality of
response from the responder group therefore
confidentiality should remain for feedback givers

Personal Development Plan
Based on inputs of the feedback givers, areas of
improvement can be identified that should evolve into a
proper development plan for the future.

Interactive and Comprehensive
Reports
Apart from individual reports, an analysis of overall team
should be created as it helps to analyze the weak spots of
the combined team, which can be improved by providing a
training.
Try using bar graphs as it summarizes a large data set in a
