2. Do about 5 minutes of deep breathing (which

3. Now that you’re relaxed, visualize the event
you’re most nervous about in the “movie
theater” of your mind. For instance, if it’s about
going to a gathering and seeing someone you’d
like to meet, visualize in great detail.

relaxed around the other person at this
event. See yourself confidently walk over to
her (shoulders up, chin up) and strike a

6. You would then end this visualization exercise
by seeing your desired end result happen. In
this case, you visualize her telling you that she
enjoyed meeting you and then giving you her
number after asking for it.

• This may all seem like a lot to memorize, but
after you practice this a few times it will
become 2nd nature and the results will
become better and better
• If you don’t see or feel results the first time,
it’s ok. Some people need to do this technique
