I've been working in sensory and emotional user experience design since 2008. I've worked in both the research and usability sides of product and service development with major museums, public authorities, governments and companies in Europe and USA.
I facilitate workshops on design and usability as well as speak in person-centered design for companies, including Google, and conferences, including SxSW, Interaction 17 and UX Week.
