A business school wanted to develop an affordable online MBA program mapped to its existing classroom program. Their
main concerns were “will they get students who want to do online MBA or other programs? “Or “will the course pedagogy
and delivery be on par with their classroom ones?”. They were also unsure of how all the frequent quizzes and evaluations,
which are common in a typical MBA Program, will be conducted over a period of time.
The customer also wanted to target global learners rather than just local ones. Like in any typical project, time was a major
constraint faced by the team.
Simplilearn was given the ownership to design, develop and deploy the online course. The team analyzed the business
case and understood all the concerns that the customer had. Since the course syllabi were huge, the entire project was
completed in three different phases. The complete syllabi and tests and evaluations were divided into three equal parts,
each part being completed in every phase. More than just their courseware, Simplilearn aligned them with other better
