Measuring Emotional States over Time

I was very grateful for how welcome I felt in the host family.
My previous Korean language self study was paying off.

I felt helpless when navigating and communicating.
I was stressed about having to introduce myself at Korean high
school next week.

I learned a bunch of my classmates’ names.
This day was the first day I felt genuine connections as friends.

I felt more confident and secure, as I spent leisure time with
friends.

I couldn’t fulfill other people’s expectations.

This person purposely ignored me for the next three days.

I was reminded how grateful I am to have them by my side.
