The Quality Engineering role requires an
 Expert level in Microsoft Office as well as common Business Intelligence packages (i.e.
SAP/MRP).
 Up-to-date knowledge about IT best practices in process management.
 Ability and willingness to travel to other sites (including abroad)
 Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
 A creative leader
 Preventative Action and Corrective Action implementation
 Standards compliance and results auditing
 Audit plan attainment
 Co-ordination of others involved under the Quality umbrella and cross-functional business
process management across the business.
 Aim to increase the efficiency of business processes by relentlessly leading process owners
and their teams in improving clarity and the pro-active management of their performance.
 Management of internal audits and third party audits to ensure compliance
 Pro-active planner for third party auditors' visits
 Communicate skills to assure awareness and required focus from involved parties.
 Support in the management of ISO14001 and ISO18001 standards to achieve compliance.
 Manage the resolution of all process non-conformities in a timely fashion
 Lead and co-ordinate process improvement initiatives
 Mentor business process owners in process mapping and process management practices.

2.  Manage the Calibration process to ensure all measuring equipment being used is calibrated
at all times.
 Change Management leader
 Lead a cross-functional team to review, assess and mitigate risks related to changes in
product definitions, sourcing or manufacturing practices.
 Management Reviews twice a year including the review of the effectiveness of business KPIs.
