Two-day Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) ) prepares for your ScrumMaster certification exam upon
completion of the CSM course you'll be eligible to take an exam to become Certified ScrumMasters
(CSMs). The certified training course include a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance. We will
cover the essential concepts and tools of Scrum, highlighting the differences between agile processes
and the traditional "waterfall" methodologies and providing a roadmap for adopting Agile. We'll look into
the theoretical basis of Scrum, including Lean and the quality movement. We’ll also cover newer
advances such as Kanban, and learn how to apply Scrum to program and portfolio management at
scale. You'll learn how to lead development teams towards agile operations by managing product
backlogs, planning releases and sprints, tracking and reporting progress, and conducting retrospectives.

• Earn 16 PDUs with the PMI towards PMP®/PgMP® and PMI-ACP℠ certifications
• Earn 16 SEUs with the Scrum Alliance towards your CSP certification
