It is my immense pleasure to recommend Samuel Vroman as a candidate for your company. I have had
the pleasure of knowing Sam since 2013. I was the manager of Samuel as he was a Prime Time Banker at
Centier Bank. I was able to witness Sam as a responsible and charismatic young man who left a great
impression on each and every client he interacted with at our Gary Midtown Branch. Sam always
remained professional; yet easy-going when it came to understanding what was needed to enhance our
clients’ financial futures. As a new Customer Service Representative, Samuel took heed to the advice that
was given to him and immediately took action towards strategies that would better, not only his future
with Centier, but better his overall personal achievement and growth.
Upon getting to know Sam better, he easily engaged my team on his wide range of expertise from his
delicious baking skills, to his dedication to school, to his passion for philanthropy. It was easy to detect
the distinct values instilled in Sam from his family. Sam is ready for any detailed task he commits himself
to. He understands the small improvements that it takes to see the effects of the greater good in the
future. Sam’s self-confidence, intelligence, leadership skills, willingness to accept responsibility, flexibility,
ability to successfully handle conflict, and self-starter skills have prepared him for his career path. I have
witnessed Sam utilize sound judgment while embracing exceptional qualities within a diverse
environment. His organizational and communication skills allowed solid interaction with others to create
everlasting memories. Several times, Sam has researched a specific problem and found various
resolutions through fact finding and further investigation.
Throughout these years, I have been able to keep in touch with Sam via LinkedIn. He remains reliable,
mature, and innovative with characteristics parallel to that of a servant leader. I have truly witnessed
Sam’s ability to remain focused on what is important. The high level of commitment to achieve has
always been Sam’s first priority and the recognition that excellence is a journey, not a destination
continues to allow Sam to soar to higher heights.
