Roseann continually provides her clients with the utmost professionalism

She has more than 28 years of real estate experience listing and selling homes,
training new agents, and working through title insurance issues.

As a full time Realtor, Roseann consistently works with clients throughout the
Denver Metro area, from Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Littleton,
Parker, Aurora, Westminster, even the outlying areas of Elizabeth, Franktown and
Kiowa.
She is a board member of South Metro Denver Real Estate Association...SMDRA
for short. Being “Relocation Certified” for many years, she enjoys assisting families
in their move across the city or across the nation.
Voted “Rookie of the Year” her first year in real estate and the recipient of several
Million Dollar awards throughout her career, Roseann still finds time to be involved
in her community and school events. When time permits, you’ll find her out at
Chatfield…RV’ing with family and friends.
