The Foundation
The target public is the exact audience you should be going after
based on who you’re selling now that is successful for your company.
We work with our clients to define the profile for their unique
target public so we can cater all communication specifically to that
audience and focus our outreach specifically to exact people.
6. Research, Discover
and Penetrate
Once we’ve nailed the target public profile, we then use all of our
resources to find those key people online to build a custom
database that is highly targeted and accurate. Our mission, then, is to
reach out to connect and land firmly on their radar.

is Everything
Second to the target public profile, communication is everything.We
have a team of creative people and copywriters that work to craft
creative assets like two minute videos, elevator pitch PDFs,
messaging, case studies, etc. on our clients’ behalf, all designed to
impinge with the target public so we gain their interest.

We then gain what we refer to as a “reach” which means we’ve
gotten the exact target public into communication, interested and
now reaching for more. At this stage we can coordinate with our
client to pick up the cycle and work it towards a new relationship.

you've attained new clients. So we work with each client as we go
along to help them with things like case studies to provide
confidence and help close their deals or consulting to help steer
them as needed, ensuring they take the right steps to attain new

Challenge: INXPO, through Richter’s own strategic relations outreach, discovered Richter and became a client in early August
2012. INXPO had a new technology product they were taking to market and needed to gain exposure from the right target audience
in order to open the doors to conversations that would help drive new sales, thereby monetizing their new product platform.
Solution: INXPO signed on with Richter for the Strategic Relations program to focus on cultivating the exact relationships they
needed that would monetize their product platform. Richter first created tools to be used within the strategy such as a text animated
video, “Elevator Pitch” PDF, copywriting for exact messaging, and introduction pages to be put in front of the correct audience. A
defined profile for their Target Public was developed and social media tools were specially created for the outreach. Once all tools
were built and in place, a dedicated Strategic Relations account rep was assigned who then became familiar with INXPO. From
there, the outreach strategy began.
Result: Over the course of 90 days, Richter helped INXPO land a new account with Red Bull to use their new technology platform
as well as 30 other ideal relationships that entered the sales cycle to be developed, which were all aligned with their company.
Richter helped create a return of nearly 190% on INXPO’s investment in the 90 day period.
